- For coughing, sinus and bronchial congestion and act as expectorant
- Works great in a diffuser. May also place one or 2 drops in the palm of one hand, rub palms together and cup over your nose for 3 minutes
- May rub residue from hands over throat and upper chest, followed by a few drops of carrier oil. Repeat as often as necessary. May also use as a chest rub by diluting 2-3 drops in a Tablespooon of carrier oil and applying to chest and throat.. May also place 1 or 2 drops in a bowl of hot water, place towel over hear, lean over bowl and inhale vapors WITH EYES CLOSED to protect them from irritation.
