5 ml. undiluted
- Place 1 or 2 drops in palm of one hand. Dip finger from other hand into essential oil and then use it to apply oil across nape of neck and temples. Follow with a few drops of carrier oil. Lightly massage in. Rub hands together, cup hands over nose and inhale fragrance fore 3 minutes. Carrier oils include olive oil, almond oil, jojoba, or coconut oil.
