- Essential oils sweet marjoram, lemon, peppermint, helichrysum. Apply 1 or 2 drops to upper right abdomen followed by a carrier oil to dilute and spread easier. Cup hands together and inhale residue for 3 minutes. Apply 1 to 3 times daily.
